{"id":5447,"date":"2017-11-20T18:13:48","date_gmt":"2017-11-20T18:13:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/box5917.temp.domains\/~iriacom\/\/news\/?p=5447"},"modified":"2017-11-20T18:13:48","modified_gmt":"2017-11-20T18:13:48","slug":"us-approves-10-5-billion-patriot-missile-system-sale-to-poland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ir-ia.com\/news\/us-approves-10-5-billion-patriot-missile-system-sale-to-poland\/","title":{"rendered":"US approves $10.5 billion Patriot missile system sale to Poland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Raytheon gets OK for $10.5 billion Patriot sale to Poland: Pentagon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The U.S. State Department has approved a possible $10.5 billion sale of <span style=\"color: #a80000;\"><a style=\"color: #a80000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.raytheon.com\" target=\"_blank\">Raytheon Co<\/a><\/span>&#8216;s Patriot missile defense system to Poland, the Pentagon confirmed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Polish Defence Minister Antoni Macierewicz has said that the final agreement on the purchase of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raytheon.com\/capabilities\/products\/patriot\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #a80000;\">Patriot missile defence systems<\/span><\/a> by Poland could be signed by the end of this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The proposed sale includes four radar sets, four control stations, 16 launching stations, and 208 Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) missiles, the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency said.
