An Indian locally-made Tejas fighter jet crashed in a ball of fire during an aerial display at the Dubai Airshow on November 21, 2025, killing the pilot and marking the second recorded crash of the aircraft since its introduction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The accident occurred shortly after 2 PM local time on the fifth and final day of the Dubai Air Show. The jet descended rapidly and hit the ground inside the Dubai World Central airfield, sending thick black smoke into the sky and prompting an immediate emergency response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
