Germany’s Rheinmetall Nordic AS and Norwegian firm And\u00f8ya Space have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to enhance European space capabilities. The cooperation lays the groundwork for an ambitious partnership to enhance Europe\u2019s civil and military space operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership aims to address the increasing security demands in Europe by rapidly deploying satellites and space assets, And\u00f8ya Space said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

President of And\u00f8ya Spaceport Troels Sandreid highlighted the significance of this partnership and said, \u201cThis Letter of Intent is a significant milestone for And\u00f8ya Space.
