Justin Trudeau knew this, and resigned,\u201d he continued, adding that if Canada \u201cmerged\u201d with the U.S., \u201cthere would be no Tariffs, taxes would go way down, and they would be TOTALLY SECURE from the threat of the Russian and Chinese Ships that are constantly surrounding them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trump\u2019s threat to impose 25% tariffs on Canadian goods unless Canada addresses issues such as illegal immigration and drug control has been a point of contention between the two nations.
