For the first time, Ukraine received delivery of long-range cruise missiles from the United Kingdom this week. Russia claims that Ukraine has already started to use long-range missiles to attack Russian targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After finishing his trip to Italy, the Ukrainian President is expected to go to Germany, however, the trip has not been confirmed from either side. In the largest military support package for Ukraine, Berlin announced that it would be sending $2.9 billion worth of weapons and equipment to Kyiv. The equipment includes 20 more Marder infantry fighting vehicles, 30 Leopard-1 tanks, and four IRIS-T-SLM air defense systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a separate event on the same day, Russian media reported that a Russian helicopter and fighter jet had crashed in the Russian region of Bryansk. Details about the cause of the crash were not provided by Russian media.
